Approved: Environmental proficiency testing

Toptester Ltd participated in an international proficiency testing in the field of environmental testing.

The proficiency testing involved laboratories from 15 different countries.
Proficiency testing is one important and mandatory part of accredited testing operations according to ISO 17025 standards.

This is how Finas, the official accreditation body of Finland, describes proficiency testing:

“Competence assessment of laboratories and inspection bodies verifies the reliability, correctness, and comparability of results. Thus, information received from proficiency testing is a key part of the competence assessment.”
